First custom instal! (Mk1 citi golf)

Postby flying_marshie » Sun Aug 17, 2008 2:34 am

Hey guys and girls, I've finally finished my custom sound in my car. I'd like to know what you all think for a first attempt at fiber-glass. All comments are welcome!

I fixed it.

Very simple and neat concept and install. Nice. Neat joints.

Did you specifically want the rough fiberglass look? most fiberglass installs are smoothed out with body filler first, then painted.

i honestly think that it looks fantastic - and its even more creditable due to it being a first attempt - i wish my first attempt looks as half as good as that when i do it

Install looks neat, get some silk so finish of around the amps, if you get some white silk with some nice lighting its gonna look nice.

Should be an easy fix. You don't even want to see the Civic at the moment

Flying. The install looks great and as we all know photos really dont do any install justice. Great job man.
